Jamaica Joe's Billiard

This restaurant review is for one of the top two pool halls in the city. They have five 9' Diamonds, fourteen 7' Diamonds, and a 12x6 Snooker table. The tables are regularly reclothed. The food is good and typical bar fare. The staff is friendly, but service can be a bit slow. They host small entry tournaments on Wednesdays and Fridays, as well as larger entry tournaments a few times a month. There is action every night of the week. This place prioritizes pool over being a bar, which sets it apart from others in the area. It is comparable to Bill's and Chester's.

My spouse and I visited this restaurant during the day to play some pool. It is a large, spacious pool hall with plenty of pool tables, including regular, large, and a big daddy pool table. There are ample seating areas, nice solid cues, and friendly staff. The atmosphere is not overly smoky. However, we were disappointed that they do not offer military discounts and do not accept disabled veterans tax exemption, which goes against the law. Despite this issue, we enjoyed our visit and would consider returning in the future.

This is a fun place to play! Beautiful equipment, billiard tables, balls and cues. Food is pretty good and decent expensive. The only complaint I have is the shame. But it's not too terrible if you go during the day and shoot at the tables closer to the front door. The jukebox is overpriced, but beyond that it is a great place.

A beautiful pool hall if you want to play. Can really increase your game some pretty tight pockets for bar-back tables. Courteous staff tending bar drinks were not big, but they were quite expensive. Had nothing to eat, but melted quite well. You have bigger tables when you're looking for them.

The restaurant has numerous billiard tables and the staff is extremely friendly. The music is great and they serve delicious hamburgers.
