While waiting for our orders, we observed one female employee who unlocked the exit door while wearing her gloves, then headed back to the kitchen. She poured a smoothie, handling the lid with her gloved hands, and then took a rag from a bucket under the sink to wipe her arms and gloves, before tossing the rag back into the bucket. Shockingly, she did not change her gloves afterward and proceeded to touch the lids of all the smoothies, including ours. To make matters worse, the smoothie itself was quite bland and seemed either to be missing ingredients or poorly measured. Aside from the warm food we received, it was difficult to enjoy the smoothie after witnessing the lack of hygiene.

I wish I could give zero stars. I SPECIFICALLY asked for no bananas when ordering 2 açaí bowls. The cashier was sooooooo quiet. I could barely hear her. Had no customer service skills. When I received my order it had banana after I asked twice for no bananas. Please be more communicative if you’re confused about an order. On top of that when I received my order I told both employees (females) I asked for no banana. I hate wasting food so I just took the bowls. Then the employees started laughing because they messed our orders up. Please have better communicational skills and customer service skills!

The staff at the front counter, as well as the man at the pickup area, are very courteous. I visited this Jamba four times over the course of a week, and each smoothie was consistently delicious. The small kitchen operates efficiently with a lot of people working hard. While I wait, I enjoy spinning their colorful light display; even though I’m an adult, I still like to indulge my inner child. They also provide hand sanitizer for those concerned about COVID-19, and multiple employees are wearing masks.

We stopped by a local Jamba Juice during our trip and were pleased with our experience. The place was a bit messy, but they efficiently moved through the line, and we had our order ready in just a few minutes, despite the number of people ahead of us. The Razzmatazz smoothie is one of the best I've ever had, and their prices are quite reasonable, especially considering how close they are to the Disney Parks.

Amazing! We came here after a long day at Disney in need of fresh fruit and veggies! It tasted so so good!! we highly recommend the Caribbean passion and white gummy, and add protein as well as a daily vitamin!

The service is prompt, and there’s a wide variety of shakes and other healthier options on the menu. This place often has a line due to its proximity to Disneyland, but they manage the crowd efficiently.

The gotcha matcha was basically just ice. I ordered a small for over $6, and most of it was just ice! What a rip-off!
