I ordered delivery from this restaurant, and I'm really puzzled by the experience. Right away, the cups they used weren't even Jamba Juice cups; they were just generic, ordinary ones. I ordered the cold brew coffee, which I’ve had before and enjoyed, but this time it was awful and even stringy when I poured it out in the sink. To make matters worse, they sent me a breakfast sandwich instead of the veggie spring item I ordered. There was no notification in the email indicating that something might be wrong with my order. Just unbelievable. I submitted a complaint and hope they handle it properly and don’t mess up the refund as well.
Jamba Juice is a charming, tidy, and well-organized establishment situated in a large plaza in El Monte. The staff was friendly and quick, and the prices were quite affordable. They have an extensive selection of healthy smoothies and bowls. I chose the plant-based apple n' greens smoothie, which combines apple and strawberry juice with kale, mango, banana, and peaches, all for a total of just 320 calories. It was an ideal choice for the hot weather in LA. Overall, I had a delightful and refreshing smoothie that was also nutritious.

I asked for drink recommendations, specifically something refreshing to quench my thirst, and they offered a fantastic suggestion. Additionally, the staff brought me a tall cup of ice water while I waited! Despite how busy or crowded it gets, they always manage to serve me quickly. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

I find the place to be quite inconsistent. Sometimes the smoothies are perfectly thick, but other times they’re as thin as water. I've had two açai bowls before, and they were fantastic! However, today while the fruit was delicious, the consistency was more like a cold soup—just pure liquid! I don't understand why the staff would serve something like that.
The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Normally, the staff is friendly and welcoming, but this time they seemed exhausted. There was an off-duty employee on his phone, bothering the person behind the counter, which was really frustrating. It’s currently 2:16 PM on September 28th, 2021—hopefully you have cameras to review this situation.
