Japango Sushi - Reservar uma mesa

There are so many sushi spots in the Pearl Street Mall area and we chose Japango based on a recommendation from a shop owner nearby and were not disappointed. You should get a reservation if you want a table we got lucky and sat at the bar even on a Tuesday it was insanely busy. The bar turned out to be awesome because we had Jake, Jason, and Jack to take care of us and make recommendations for our drinks and our food. I doubt there is a bad thing on that menu. Pricey yet worth it. I would certainly return. Loved the ahi tuna salad and lobster potstickers. We also enjoyed yummy rolls. (See pics)

Came in with the squad the other night after a long day of running train in Boulder. At first, I wasn't sure why we picked Japango as I typically do not like seafood, but there were so many non seafood options, like the sweet potato roll and vegetable tempura. The cherry on top was our server Riley. So attentive, kind and funny. Give that man a raise!! Only one suggestion. Get some peanut sauce!! Nothing hits the spot better than a sweet potato roll with spicy peanut sauce!!

We ended up trying Japango based on reviews and reputation overall. We walked in with no reservation but were able to get a booth without waiting. This is likely our favorite sushi place in Boulder area for now on. We started with some rolls Himalayans are something to die for. Then fabulous sushi. With great beers from Japan. BTW, they have happy hour until 6pm. Staff was as good as one could expect.

Superior quality, sat at the sushi bar in the back of the restaurant. The quality of food is really fantastic. If there are many people (which there were) it is very loud. Guate the day and hour you go if you prefer less of a lot. All in all, my favorite sushi restaurant in Boulder is a must if you like quality susi!

Stopped in for a quick bite and the food was amazing! I highly recommend the sweet Lilly sake and the kitsunes kiss roll that our server Reilly recommended and his recommendation was on point Next time you stop in ask for Reilly. The service was fantastic and overall great guy and great food and atmosphere!
