It is very difficult to find somewhere that everyone agrees on when it comes to picking up a quick bite to eat for dinner that is good quality and satisfying….Enter Jersey Mikes on Mckinley Pkwy in Blasdell.I am very satisfied with the overall attentiveness and care that Izzy (not the manager Izzy) put into the three sandwiches my kids and I had for dinner this evening. She was friendly the staff were very efficient and helpful. Having everything freshly sliced and put together with care is not always what anyone receives when they choose to dine out for subs etc.My Udis gluten free roll (and cookies) were fresh and the staff are very conscious of cross contamination practices.Chad the manag...

Went to jersey mikes at around noon The manager on duty AKA the only one that could slice There was no one inline in front of me when I arrived. There was a women on the phone taking a phone order I assume the manager at which time she walks up to the slicer telling me she has 2 phone orders to do when Iv been waiting for over 5 mins for service. She was rood and condescending to the other worker. Iv had nothing but pleasant experiences but this was not one of them. Quite honestly it made me feel like never going back. She should be fired

Best sandwich shop hands down. The sandwiches we choose were extremely fresh and tasted fantastic! We ordered off the app and glad we did because when we showed up the line was out the door! The line was long which gave us the opportunity to grab an empty table and eat on site. The staff was extremely helpful and apologetic to the customers that had to wait in line. It's very nice to see happy caring employees !

MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED MIKE’S SUBS, BUT TONIGHT AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION, TAMIAMI TRAIL NAPLES, FLORIDA, RYAN, ANGEL AND GALEN MADE OUR VISIT EXTRA SPECIAL. THEY WERE SO POLITE, MADE THE SANDWICHES PERFECT AND REMINDED ME TO USE MY SHORE POINTS TO GET A FREE SUB. THEY WERE CLEANING KEEPING THE PLACE SPARKLING AND ASKED HOW EVERYTHING WAS. PLEASE GIVE ALL THREE OF THEM A RAISE
