Jersey Mike's Subs

Today we went to get food. A young man was cleaning the grill and didn't completely clear off the grill of the black bubbly stuff and put the onions for my sandwich. I told the young lady I would like to change my food, it didn't look good. The young man got mad.The girl taking the order was very nice and said yes. The other young lady with multi face piercings got very rude kept staring at me. I told her can I please have more bacon on my sub as she put crumbs. This young lady and young man were upset I changed my order. We paid and they just kept chatting I asked for a bag, the girl with the piercings put the bag on the counter and just stared at us. Great Place! NOT! I ordered 2 of the same sandwiches and receive 2 different garbage sandwiches. Philly was made on an asiago cheese bread drenched in oregano. The other was made on bad bread and the cheese wasn’t melted. The fact that it was the right meat on the wrong bread is just giving I don’t care and know telling what other disgusting things were done to theses sandwiches. Yuck Manager suggested I come in to have the order I paid for delivery to be either fixed or refunded and no apology.

1st visit to a Jersey Mike 's. Had a desire for a real, classic Italian sub. Ordered 13, the Classic Italian sub . Employee asks me what do I want on it? Well..... how about a classic Italian sub!! he suggests Mikes 's way, not knowing I say OK. I arrive home with my sub, dry as a bone with no oil and vinegar! A bland mess. Will never return to this location if I return at all.

I love this place! Always clean and fresh and very friendly! Very good customer service ? the only thing is after (Franco )cashed me out he failed to ask me to use my phone number for rewards when I asked him he told me “ oh well you could’ve but can’t now “ that’s something you should ask every customer before cashing them out Reserve uma mesa agora

I tried the fresh-made tuna wrap, and it was absolutely delicious! Unlike many other places where the tuna can be quite bland, this wrap really stood out. I will definitely order it again. As for parking, there’s not much available for all the restaurants in the area.

Franco is an amazing leader who leads by example with his staff. Everytime I go in he is extremely friendly and this location is the only location I have been to that is continually consistent with what they serve as well as the service! Thank you Franco!

I was somewhat disappointed with the double meat this time. It seemed like there was less than I usually receive. However, it was still delicious as always!

The staff were incredibly friendly. I tried a 56 for the first time, and I absolutely loved it. I'll definitely be back!
