Jersey Mike's Subs

Never again! I liked the Waugh Chapel Jersey Mike's, but lately the service was terrible. Tonight I was next door and watched how it took almost 10 full minutes to make a single sandwich! Oh, and the sandwich manufacturer scratched three times the back of his head with his gloves. When he finished the sandwich, he didn't go back with my order. I waited two minutes and he never came back. Two other employees totally ignored me, so I went out, never back. I wouldn't be surprised if this place is closed soon if they don't get their act together. I'm coming firehouse!

Okay, I know something's changing because of Covid-19. I understand this, but if the time at the door says open 'to 9:00 then you must be open 'to 9:00 (I have to your business 8:01pm). If your operating hours have changed, you must let people know (a sign at the door would have been a great help). The employee who worked last night was also very rude. So, in the end I went to Firehouse Subs (open until 9:00 and very happy to take my order) and you lost a sale, maybe a customer.

Will not eat here again. They didnt wear facemask property.... It has to cover your nose to help prevent spread of the virus too..So I went to Jersey mikes to get a sandwich. I notice half wasn't wearing a mask property like nose hanging out still. And they was setting the receipts on the sandwich not even on the bread part like the inside with meat and cheese and etc. I told them thats not sanitary and cancelled my order.

They tried to give them another chance after they had given us the wrong order before. We ordered 3 different cheeses and two of them w/o peppers or onions. Instead, they cooked all the meat together and put paprika and onions anyway. I'm not putting this place back.

I wanted to pick up my online order and saw 3 employees. One wore her mask right, the other had not covered her nose and the other had worn one at all. What a disappointment.
