Went inside store to order. Order a Big Kahuna Steak sub. Drove 30 minutes to my office and noticed order was wrong. Second time this happened in a few weeks. Called store and asked to talk to manager. Lady said to bring back sub for a refund or remake. Told her I already wasted time and was not going to drive back to store but just wanted to report the problem- told her I threw out sub. She said they were down staffed when I asked why can 't they even make a simple order correctly? They were NOT under staffed- there were three employees working and only one other customer in store. Please hire an experienced adult to supervise your teen staff at night. I can’t believe how nasty dirty and thilfty this location was. Subway was closer, cleaner, and has better customer service.
