The staff at this restaurant is always friendly and incredibly careful with orders, especially when it comes to allergies. They are attentive to all needs and it is worth going out of your way to visit this place. The team is so welcoming and accommodating, never showing any frustration with special requests. I appreciate their thorough efforts to prevent cross-contamination with gluten-free sandwiches.

The employees did not change their gloves while handling various items such as a pen, meat razor, utensils, broth, and cheese. This lack of sanitation is unacceptable. I would give them a zero if possible. I left the restaurant without eating due to the unsanitary conditions. Disgusting and unacceptable.

The sandwich was lacking paprika, cheese, and moisture. After taking one bite, I had to throw it away as it tasted terrible. I feel like I wasted my money on this disappointing experience. Overall, it was a terrible night.
