Jersey Mike's Subs

All of the complaints I read definitely revolve around one employee and I echo the same sentiment. His name is Arthur and he’s consistently rude, cannot remember your order, and will always short you on the meat. The other staff and manager; great reasonable people. I spoke to manager and he did his best to assure me that said employee is going to be moved but unfortunately I really can’t go back until he’s removed. It’s simply gotten to unpleasant and I literally settle for different food purely because I know my experience with Arthur will be terrible. I used to buy 3 sandwiches a week

Hardworking dude made sure my order was perfect during a busy time! I watched a staff member open individual mustard packets and squeeze them on our subs because they must have run out and still wanted to get the order right! phenomenal customer service and management from whoever was in charge tonight!

I purposely stay away when Arthur is working. He is not personable, very monotone and has been outright rude. I will not return to this location until something is done about this.

The manager was yelling at an employee when I walked in and it seemed like it was being taken a bit too far. He then said I should mine my business when asking about it

Worst Jersey Mike’s; they always get my order wrong. They are too slow, disrespectful, big attitude, and they can’t remember your order.
