Jet's Pizza - Reservar mesa

We often order from this location and have always had a positive experience. Our orders are consistently accurate and on time, whether we dine in or get delivery. The staff at this location are always friendly and punctual, earning our appreciation. Today, I want to give a special shoutout to our delivery driver. He arrived earlier than expected, despite the snowy conditions and bad roads. When he saw my son in the living room, he asked if he liked Pokémon and brought him a Pokémon plush toy in its packaging. My son was overjoyed! Thank you for the exceptional service and going above and beyond. I hope the manager recognizes what a wonderful person he is.

I am not sure what happened tonight at the restaurant. I ordered a big combo via text for the first and last time. The price of the big combo was calculated higher because the items were ordered separately and I didn't realize it. Instead of receiving a large jet bread, I got a small one. I was also given a 20 oz Pepsi instead of a 2 liter, and the jet bread was not its usual delicious self - it was like eating styrofoam with cheese on top. I am wondering if there are new owners because this experience was not up to par with the usual Jets Pizza standards. Overall, my visit to Jets Pizza was a disappointment today.

The pizza at JETS was fantastic! It was a busy Sunday evening with the Lions vs. LA 49ers game starting at 6:30pm. Despite the crowded restaurant, we ordered through their bot and saved $3, which was a nice surprise. The bot initially said there would be a 20-minute wait, but it ended up being double that at 40 minutes. However, considering the busy time and the big game, JETS still did a great job. We will definitely be ordering from JETS again in the future.

Visiting from the UK ??, staying at the Holiday Inn Express Suites Allen Park, asked for recommendations for pizza ? and got suggested to use Jet’s Pizza. So chuffed (glad) with our pizzas ? the service was excellent and the prices weren’t too outrageous. They were delicious ? and we highly recommend them to anyone else. I placed an order through their website yesterday and received confirmation. When I arrived at the restaurant, it was hectic with long wait times. Unfortunately, when I reached the counter, my order could not be found despite being confirmed. I emailed them with my email confirmation but did not receive a response, which was not surprising.

I had to repeatedly ask for my order of two items. When I arrived to pick up my pizza, the two workers inside just stared at me and kept talking before assisting me. It took a solid 10 minutes from my arrival to actually receiving my food, which was just sitting in the warmer. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

I love Jet's Pizza but this one is small. There's no place to sit down and dine in. You either go in and pick up your order or have it delivered. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. But otherwise you can't beat a good Jets Pizza.Parking: There's a good size parking lot that's free to go in and pick up your order.

Jets is the best! If you have not had an opportunity to try a deep dish, you will be in for a surprise. Hint: Dip your pizza in their famous ranch dressing!!! Explosion of flavor.

I placed my order online and it was ready for pickup at the estimated time. The food was cooked perfectly and was delicious. I will definitely be returning in the future.
