Jimmy John's - Reservar uma mesa

I’m a former manager for Jimmy Johns and actually have worked at this location years ago. The food today was good but I could tell they were flustered because it took 15 minutes to make my one sandwich. They also gave me the wrong order and I could have left with someone’s two sandwiches and chips but I checked the bag first. They also forgot to put my Kickin’ Ranch in the bag but the employee was nice enough to give me an extra when I asked him about it. I think the food was good but service was very slow and they need either more or better employees. Definitely a way different experience than when I was in charge.

I ordered delivery. When the app said it was out for delivery, I went out and sat on my porch to wait. When the driver arrived, I thought he would get out and bring my food. I didn't time it, but it seemed like five minutes before he brought my food to me. The temperature was 94 outside. His car windows were open so I'm guessing his ac wasn't working. So when I got my food, the veggies were not cold. My drink was fine. It was clear that delivering my order was not his priority.

I ordered 5 sandwiches and chips at 11:50am for pick up. We got there about 12:15 after we got confirmation it was being made. After waiting 32 minutes our food still wasn't done. My husband went in and asked again and was told it would be done he watched as they were prioritizing the drive thru and door dash over our order and would stop making ours to push the others out that had just ordered.... we finally got to leave at 12:42 pm!!! If you want fast service do not go here.

Came in just before close, and was helped by two happy, helpful guys with excellent customer service skills. With the direction customer service has been going these days. The fact I walked in just before close and was greeted with huge smiles, happy and ready to make whatever weird sandwich request I had was a breath of fresh air. Thank you!!

Bread and Tuna not fresh. Understaffed. Technology breaking... Cash register and headsets. I've been happier with the other Jimmy John locations much more.
