I placed an online order at 12:41 pm, but 45 minutes later our order still had not been delivered. When we called to check on the status, we were told to be patient because they were very busy. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, we called again to cancel the order. The person on the phone could not provide a confirmation number for the transaction and hung up when we asked for one. When we called back and asked to speak to a manager, the same person claimed to be the manager but refused to provide her name. I used to eat here ALL THE TIME since I work very close by. It used to be fantastic quality and service but now it’s frankly quite poor. I’m across the street and delivery takes forever. I always ask them to come to the back, but they always go to the front and call me. Curt over the phone. Today I got hung up on for no reason without a goodbye. Honestly the young teenagers they hire are just sloppy and don’t act like they care at all. Let them go get other jobs.

Just change the slogan. I order JJ at least twice a week. I either get a warning that the delivery may take longer than expected, or it just takes 30-60 minutes to arrive. Can't imagine it's that hard to simply hire more drivers. I haven't experienced a sub so fast I'll freak in a LONG time.

I had made a reservation for a party of eight but when I arrived at 7pm, the restaurant was unexpectedly closed. Eventually, the staff were able to accommodate us and we were able to enjoy our meal.

Freaky fast is far from what this place is hr and 45 min and never got a call or my food. This is the second time this has happened in 1 month. If I could give it a zero star I would.

I work from home now, tip fairly nice and live 1 mile down the road. Its been an hour from when I placed my order and I still haven't received my food.
