Our warehouse placed a decent cater order this morning. $159. They were told it would be ready by 11am. I arrived at 11 and was told they were a bit behind due to call offs (only 1 worker and I’m guessing the manager) and it would be 15min. No problem. Went back to my car, waited 20min and went next door to Antonio’s to pick up the other items that they ordered. Went back in and the Manager said they working on it. At that time there were 3 other ppl waiting. Multiple ppl came in and left due to them being told it was a 30min wait. I could not have been more disappointed. I got the ceaser wrap no croutons were put in I asked for light mayo there was tons of it put in wrap was falling apart not cut. I will not go

I see a lot of negative reviews here but not sure why. I ordered, got my sandwiches pretty quickly and they were great. Love the Vito!

If you want food delivered to your work or house. Before 4-5pm don’t order jimmy johns here. Don’t offer delivery if you can’t do it
