Jimmy John's - Reservar uma mesa

The experience keeps getting worse and worse. This has been my local Jimmy Johns for about two years and the experience has gone down hill. When I walked in the manager gave a dirty look as he sliced meat. No greeting what so ever from any of the staff. The guy who took our order was extremely rude. Then when our sandwiches were ready they forgot our kicking ranch the guy slammed our ranches down on the counter. We were treated like I was the biggest inconvenience for coming in. I did not realize coming to local sandwich shop and spending $30 for two sandwiches was such an inconvenience for the STAFF. Also I highly recommend not using their bathroom. Absolutely filthy. Had a previous issue with an order. Next time I called they remembered the issue and went above and beyond to correct my order and be sure I was satisfied with their service.The manager Hunter, was extremely polite when I placed my order today. Also Zander went skrt skrt to make sure I had my sandwich FREAKY FAST! He was also very nice when he dropped off my order.Thank you North Second St Machesney Park location! We will be back! :

I just talked with the manager of the location in machsney park il. He was rude and called me a liar. Shame on you. I will never order from Jimmy John's

The unwich was absolutely delicious. Very friendly staff and lively atmosphere. Will definitely have the unwich again.
