Old school Italian, very welcoming, comfortable, large menu, fantastic bar selections and so on. The whole evening just got better than we left. We love sitting at the bar and eating and Dave the bartender makes a wonderful drink. He was kind, known and made some good suggestions. Tara our waitress was so fantastic. She knows the menu well and was attentive and friendly. For apps we tried the Clams Casino, which was small and sweet tonight's offer. Just delicious. We also have shrimp cocktail nice and cold and great cocktail sauce. We then ordered Pasta DiGiovanni OMG it is Sicilian style spicy garlic sauce over Linguine. Omg! I think we finally found our way to the Italian restaurant. We went because I had won a tricky tablet from Asbury Park Restaurant gift cards and Jimmy was one of them. The food was overwhelming. Such a cool atmosphere and the waitress was absolutely wonderful and beyond the reception. My husband and I couldn't survive the experience. Definitely a professional cook...not someone who makes family recipes. We went on the early page with reservations at six. When we went to eight by a quarter! The place was full. I definitely recommend reservations and leaned back sooner than later. It's a joke on the higher side, but we'll be with every penny. I think we'll see it from here every month. Lo...

Since the late 1990s I came here and never had a bad meal. The food is always plentiful and tasty. Love the old school vibe and atmosphere. Parker Arthur is always efficient and friendly. I wish I knew what kind of paprika they put in the salads they are amazing!

One of the best spots and the fact that they were in business should tell FOREVER everything. The veal is one of the best in any jersey and the fish is fresh and tasty....and they are open Monday that is a plus in this area

The experience brought me back to the 60's and 70's . Wholesome people that know what the word respect means. Beyond that the food was excellent. No complaints. Will be back soon to enjoy my roots.
