John Maria's Pizzeria

We are regulars at Modern, Zuppardi's, etc...we know good pizza. We had heard good things about J&M so we gave them a shot today since it was a little closer to home and the traffic was thick on 95S. We ate in, not take out. The restaurant was clean and the service was great but..... I won't sugar coat it. This was the worst pizza I've eaten in 20 years, maybe longer. We tried a traditional plain, a mozzarella and a sausage and hot cherry pepper being our first time here. Three smalls. The crust had the rise, taste and consistency of a stale cracker, that's the closest thing we could compare it to. Zero crunch and no flavor. The sauce and the cheese were good. First time in this restaurant, I was greeted the atmosphere excellent. The food was very good, but more than anything the waitress. Her Name was Blake. I will consider her. Service as a waitress as a number 10. I will bring my family and some of my friends here. And the food I ordered was not expensive. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

We were here for a gathering after an event. The appetizers, broccoli rob and sausage, antipasto, calamari etc were excellent, service great and drinks from the bar were excellent. Great place to!

This is a great place to go with family and friends traditional Italian food modestly priced entrees sandwiches subs you got to go.
