Awful customer service. Overcharged. We had a horrible experience at this cafe. We ordered and paid at the counter and it was only when we took our seats that I realised the price seemed a bit excessive for what we had ordered. When I checked the receipt, I could see that the amount charged was higher than the price on the menu. I went back to the lady behind the counter to get it corrected, however she refused, claiming that prices had recently increased and the menu was outdated. She insisted that the prices were correct in her computer system and therefore could not be changed and refused to refund the difference. It was only a few dollars, but at the very least I would expect an apology...

Really disappointing our experience here today. We arrived and got seated. In the meantime three other new tables came in that were seated , given menus, and there orders taken whilst we still hadn't even been given a menu. We had to get up and get our own menus. Then we had to go to the front to ask someone to take our order. Our food was decent but Unfortunately we won't return nor would be recommend as we were actually basically ignored. We eat out a lot and it is rare that we receive treatment like this at a resturant

Staff always greet us with a smile. I usually order from the Skip App never wait for my order. Crumbed chicken sandwich is my go-to brekky or lunch it's super yummy.

Food quality, flavours customer service could improve big time but nice coffee in an easy location.

Just had great Steak Sanga with long black, staff is friendly, environment is comfortable.
