What a disappointment, for many years I wanted to go test Joseph, I heard of him as one of the best restaurants in Montbéliard... Those who said it had to be accustomed because clearly, from the first seconds in the restaurant, one feels the difference in the treatment of favors on the part of the boss if one is a lambda client or accustomed.... barely a look, barely a word from the beginning to the end.... Even we haven't been asked if we wanted an aperitif that the amusing mouth was served... From dishes to 37€ which are also overcrowded. A fish with seasonal vegetables.. Either... we'll get a ribambelle of cherry tomatoes cut in two... iced okay, but thin what, cherry tomatoes in a dish a...

Unfortunately, we are going to abound in the sense of the most critical comments. What a disappointment! Let's be objective, we deal with a very good cuisine, sincere, well executed, with undeniably fresh, respected products. But the prices are indeed completely out of order... We are on starred gourmet restaurant prices (30 € per entrance, 36 € per dish, 64 € the 4-course menu with blind). We therefore expect, on the one hand, to be subjugated, and on the other, to a service at the height of the claims. I don’t usually post opinions, but I think they can be constructive for some improvement. A refined cuisine, with good products and a very nice presentation, my compliments to the chef chef or cheffe cook. However, it seems to me normal to be a merchant, and at least, helpful and kind in this kind of establishment. A nice recommendation for the quality of the kitchen, but not for the reception. If I have the opportunity to return to this facility, it would be a pleasure not to have the impression of disturbing staff. Thank you very much for this good time.

It really isn't worth dinner. Showing yourself as a star/Gourmet, butcherrrr... unworthy. No atmosphere, hosts no appearance. Fois duck from the supermarket, I can't serve a glass of Sauterne/douce wine, we just took the porto, it turned out to be 9 € the glass. White wine house : 7 € glass. Choose from 2 admissions to 27 €. Selection of 2 fish of 35. Either 5 dishes for 70 €. Without wine We paid 175 € for 2x entry, 2x main dish, 2x expresso, 2 white wines house and 2 portos... it really wasn't worth it Reserve uma mesa agora

On plates, nothing to say. The products are fresh, the flavors are frank and the dressage is successful. A big job is done in the kitchen, it's undeniable. On the other hand, it's disappointing. The mistress of the place gives much more respect to the accustomed to whom she tastes long, than to simple customers, somewhat neglected. And on both sides dishes and wine side, the prices are totally unmeasured. 36 € for lobsters and veal ris accompanied by fresh pasta, it is pure delirium.

Arrived at 8:35 instead of 8:40. Nobody in the restaurant, totally empty, 10 minutes late. The boss refused to put us at the table and put us out. Contact by phone, this lady told me... I don't care.

We went to dinner in a professional setting, it was just the best fish I ate in my life! On the menu; Saint-Pierre, carrelet and lotte. Very well served!
