"This is the lunch stop that ALSA bus makes in the route Madrid-Portugal-Madrid. I saw the employees use the same spoon for the chicken noodle soup as the fish soup. Told the guy and he wasn't bothered. One spoon is used to serve the white rice or the paella. They also use the same tongues to serve lamb, beef and fried chicken legs. Food is bland, greasy and not even hot. Portions are served larger for men than women and charged the same rate. This was not a one time occurrence. Safe vegetarian choices are the yoghurts, fresh fruit and bottled drinks."
