We ordered the #2 Beef Suqaar and #6 Tilapia Filets, which came with grilled vegetables, rice, and salad. Both dishes were incredibly tasty! We also enjoyed a spicy sauce on the side that added a nice kick to the meal. Though this restaurant is a hidden gem without a website, it was clear that they have a loyal customer base as there were many people coming in and out during our visit. They should definitely consider advertising more as more people deserve to experience their delicious food! We will definitely be returning to this establishment in the future. Trying Somali cuisine for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the bold flavors and unique combinations at this restaurant. I ordered the Sports Plate which included a delicious combination of beef and goat that was a culinary delight. The beef slices were juicy, tender, and seasoned perfectly with onions, fresh vegetables, and aromatic spices. Each bite was bursting with flavor. The roasted goat cutlet, a traditional Somali dish, was the star of the show. The goat meat was infused with authentic spices, resulting in a rich and savory taste. Paired with Chapatti, it was a symphony of flavors. My favorite part of the meal was the succulent and flavorful goat meat. Highly recommended!

We had lunch at this restaurant and we were impressed with the portion sizes, which were generous. Instead of rice, we decided to try the chappatti, a delicious and large flatbread. Our main dish was the chicken suqaar, which featured grilled chicken and vegetables with just the right amount of spices. We also tried a tasty African donut called mandazi. The parking was convenient as it was located in the parking lot for the light rail transit. The service was quick and they even offered us complimentary sweet tea. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

After waiting for 45 minutes, we finally got our table and it was well worth the wait! We thoroughly enjoyed the goat and chicken dishes, but the beef seemed to be the most popular choice. I will definitely order it next time! Also, don't forget to try the Sambusa appetizer if you enjoy this type of cuisine. It's a must-try!
