eating was terrible, the service was worse. I originally went to Juicy-o in naperville and my experience was great! I thought I had the same experience here, but I was so wrong. server was rude and had a posture, didn't give us water until we asked and got in 25 minutes later, young teenage boys who are inexperienced wearing masks on their kines are doing a terrible work cleaning the tables, we had to change tables because crumbs and eating were abandoned by previous customers. if we were asking for straw or cutlery, we were not accused of giving an apologies on our table at first place. Eat was terrible! I burned avocado toast with hardly avocado, no salt, no pfeffer. I left my whole plate....

Visited on New Year's Eve in 2021 and this place has gone all the way down. Sitting at the table I noticed the waitress blow her nose as she was printing another tables receipt. Never washed her hands, handed the customers their receipt with the snot tissue in her hand, then proceeds to the kitchen seconds later comes out, scratches her head, and then sits with two other workers and begins to fold the napkins and silverware. Please note I didn't get through my coffee for I had seen more than enough, owner was informed although could have cared less for the situation was not addressed. my man and I came here to breakfast and it was great! all from the staff of the reception to the servers were so friendly, attentive and sweet. I have nutella crepes with fresh strawberries and bananas on the top that were filled and delicious. my man had the Cajun-Omelette with hash-brown and pancakes. the omelette was so tasteful with smoked sausages, green paprika, swirling and bun. the portions were large and were such a stealing for the price. the coffee was fresh and so delicious, and they can not beat the mini donuts for the table! we'll be here soon!

this was earlier a favorite place of me, not sure whether the owners changed or new chefs, but they changed the menu and the quality of the food fell dramatically I ordered a skill and the bottom of the take-out box had a pool of oil/fat. would love you to correct this because your donuts are bombed!

we were taken care of very quickly. we ordered and in a few minutes we came to us. they have delicious free doughnuts, delicious pancakes that are huge. the waffels are crispy, which I like as allot and I love the plumpwurst so well. I'd like to go back soon.
