Just Love Coffee Cafe Georgetown

Absolute trash experience with horrible customer service. If I could give negatives I would.Half an hour later I still didn't get my one sandwich. Almost one hour later and I didn't get a refund until I literally had to raise my voice. I never raise my voice, I always prefer honey over vinegar but at Just Love coffee only vinegar works.When you order to eat in the cafe you get a number on a stick that you place on your table. After waiting 30 minutes for my sandwich I approached the counter and asked the dark haired girl how much longer it would be. When I told her my name she looked confused and went to the computer to check. She came back and told me oh, I put it on that one (random) table...

I have been coming here since the summer of 2019.A few observations:Staff the staff is wonderful. Always a welcome in greeting, helpful and friendly. They make all my visits special. Big shout out to Sammy, Emma, Naomi, Samantha, Sam,Tegan, Elizabeth and Presley (apologies as I am sure I left someone out! And the Manager Cheryl is always right there with them all the way... Great group of ladies.Coffee I just drink medium or dark but I have never had a bad cup of coffee here....and in my view it 's the best coffee in Georgetown.Food I have not had everything on the menu but what I have had is exceptional. The smoothie I drank was quite divine and so perfectly crafted as if it were blended by the goddess of blendjets! Charlotte and Emma were perfect employees and amazing servers. Their excellent drink-crafting abilities paired with their uplifting attitudes ensured a pleasurable experience for myself, the customer. I can’t wait to return on a second voyage to Just Love! I do declare this establishment, top tier!

If you are looking for a cafe/coffee shop, this is the place for you! They serve amazing coffee and food with a big smile on their faces. Also, if you have time I recommend getting to know the owners, their story on why they started the coffee shop is life changing.

Pretty local coffee shop, it’s fresh and their Americano and muffins are great. Excellent for writing or working too, comfortable
