K Azama Fish Wholesale

I went to K Azama to order aku, but was told by a female worker that it would be dry the next morning. We arrived at 10am as instructed, and were charged $10.00 per bag for the dry aku. We requested 5 bags, but the man only gave us 2, claiming the others were preordered. I stated that I had not preordered and expected to receive all 8 bags today. No one provided a satisfactory explanation, and the woman who initially helped me did not offer any assistance. I ended up driving back and forth for 2 hours over 2 days for this dishonest business practice. If you're looking for a place to grab some Lau Lau to heat up later, I highly recommend Azama's! The leaves are nice and soft, with a generous portion of pork and delicious flavor. They sell them in bags of 3 for a very reasonable price.

They have the BEST dried aku in Oahu. I have tried many other places and these people always have stock. Never runs out. The prices are reasonable during season and out of season.
