I know k+m use to be an icon in BBQ business but that was then n this is now purchased 2 burnt end dinners and smoked chicken wings , they were under cooked had to finish them up at home which made them dry the burnt ends didn't look rite and were a couple days old definitely weren't close to being fresh I ate 2 threw them in the trash .it's one thing thing to put out poor quality but the idea of serving it and making money off it is something else quality control is non existent

Coming from Texas, this is the kind of bbq joint I was looking for, and man it did not disappoint. I had the Killer Combo sandwich which was layers of smoked beef, pulled pork, and turkey.
