The best sushi I have eaten so far. Everything is self-made. Lovely staff, top quality sushi with a lot of organic regional ingredients. Warm and cozy ambiance. Everything which is marked as vegetarian is also vegan. You sound definitely book a table in advance for the weekends. But I‘m really missing wakame and edamame as starters. Very authentic and always fresh made sushi of highest quality. You can even watch it being prepared and chat with the chef. Unfortunately the Miso soup is made with fish, no VEG option here.
