Karan - Reservar mesa

After a long Sartuday walking around the city, we searched for a restaurant to have a very late lunch. All of them were about to close and no longer accepting clients, we got to Karan 10 min before closing already expecting a no , but instead we were received by a very welcoming staff and most importantly by a member that speaks English (so I didn 't need to use my terrible Portunhol, a lame mix between Portuguese and Spanish) which is really hard to find in Gijón. They all tried to accommodate us offering a few seating options since we had a stroller and a 1 year old baby and even the members that didn 't speak English tried to communicate with us, which made us feel even more welcome. Sitio muy acogedor, bien ubicado en el centro. Personal súper amable, agradable y atento. La comida está muy rica y son raciones abundantes (sobre todo las hamburguesas). La relación calidad/precio es muy muy buena. Como aspecto a mejorar(para mi gusto), tal vez meter algún entrante más en la carta por si alguien quiere compartir o hacer boca antes de una buena hamburguesa. El telefono debe de estar de pisapapeles porque no entiendo que llames y no contesten. La comida no destaca en nada creo que las hacen mejores en el mcdonald, enfin del monton, del monton malo. Precios competitivos, pensandolo mejor… para que vas a gastar tu dinero aqui? Pudiendo ir a otras hamburgueserias mejores te recomiendo que no vengas aqui NUNCA

Went for lunch nice well made tasty burgers and dogs. Great explanation of the restaurants food and where it comes from. Local bakers make the buns, beef from area and you can change the burgers to suit your own tastes. The outcome is simple well cooked tasty food. Keep up the good work will be back. Desde que probé la hamburguesa Tierrina no le doy oportunidad a nada más cuando voy, está TRE MEN DA!!! Hamburguesería de calidad, acogedora, con muy buen trato y bien de precio. Muy recomendable!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20
