Karina's Bakery - Reservar uma mesa

I love their quality of bread, but this is not enough if a service for customers. This review refers to their customer service quality, I would give it a zero. I called on Wednesday 3 May at 4am and a very rude lady answer to the phone that showed a lot of attitude. I wish I had asked her name because she shouldn't work in customer service if she is not willing to treat customers with respect. I can understand if she had a bad day, but because of her actions customers can turn away. Quality of products and services for the customer goes hand in hand. Please train the staff better, your business deserves it.

I would give this place a 5 stars but making a 40 min drive round trip to be turned away because Google and Apple Maps say they close at 7pm is disappointing. When I arrived the girl said they close at 6:30pm and turned us away. If that’s the time they actually close, it needs to be updated so no one is misinformed and disappointed.

My favorite place in town to get a sweet treat. Recently ordered a cake for my 2y-Kiddo and they called before the time to let me know the subject we wanted was not available. You were super helpful and let us select another theme that was a big hit.

Omg! I love the bread from this bakery! Mini conchitas are the bomb!!! The Bolillos ideal for our Tortas always drive from Waukegan to mundelein, but some great food will make you and they have great customer service.

Karina has made our beautiful baby shower cake and we will come back for more! The service is great and people there are friendly.
