I came to visit my boyfriend in Saint Louis from Texas and his mom suggested going to Katie 's Pizza Pasta Osteria since she thought that it would be a fun vibe for us kids in our early 20s. She was right! The vibe was very cute, we sat outside and the patio was decorated really nicely and the staff was very kind which added to the atmosphere. The waitress suggested for drinks to try the Lifeaholic cocktail drink. She said that this was her favorite drink and that if I liked fruity drinks it would be a great order. I was wondering what the hype is about this place. I even heard people saying this place their favorite! So I wanted to check out. Figured, just another overrated place in St.Louis. First of all, we didn't make a reservation and they told us the wait time is 20-30 min. After 45 min we had to stand by the host and remind her we were in line, bc she kept giving other couples (who came way after us) tables. So their wait list doesn't work properly. I chose Katie's for a business lunch last week and it didn't disappoint. The weather looked to beautiful so I made a patio reservation. While it was perfect patio weather, it was great that the host checked to see if I still wanted to sit outside. My server introduced herself right away and got me an iced tea while I waited for my colleague. Ruby was friendly and upbeat and frequently checked in on us during our visit. I made a reservation at Rockhill more than a week in advance for a special occasion on October 28th and specifically requested to not be seated near the door, as it tends to be cold and noisy there. Upon our arrival, we were acknowledged about our request, but the only options given to us were to sit outside or at the bar. The woman we spoke with, who claimed to be the manager, was incredibly rude. It felt as though our patronage didn't matter to her. Outstanding pizzas and exceptional service! I called ahead to ask if we could bring a cake for a celebration, and they warmly welcomed it, even providing plates and utensils despite my bringing my own and pre-slicing the cake for easier serving. They do get quite busy, so making a reservation through Resy is highly recommended. The pizza crust is phenomenal; you could put anything on top, and I'd happily eat it. Some of my favorites include the Black Garlic Artichoke ($21), Pancetta Fig ($22), and the Truffle ($36). Someone posted about how amazing this place was on Facebook. Since I'm new here. Why not?!?!? The salad was the only good thing. The Fried Artichoke Salad was delicious. The pasta dishes were by far the blandest meal I've ever had. Chicken severely overcooked. It was just shocking. The waiter was amazing and took the food away and we settled on pizza bcus we just wasn't going to wait any longer or try anything else after that. The pizza did what we needed and that was to eat. Sadly I can't say that I'd return.

Every meal here is absolutely delicious! I shared the Ezzo Pepperoni pizza and the Fioro Arrabiata with a friend, and both dishes were fantastic! I would have loved a bit more honey drizzle on the pizza, as the combination of savory and sweet is unbeatable. The pasta was cooked to perfection, with a lovely al dente texture. I can't wait to come back soon!

As for parking, it varies depending on the time of day and week, but you can usually find a spot easily. Plus, the parking lot is free! No matter where you park, it’s just a short walk to the entrance. Reserve uma mesa agora
