Katy's Dumpling House

This restaurant is located 30 minutes outside the city and offers one of the best bowls of beef soup. The broth has a deep fleshy taste and the noodles are the perfect texture. The soup dumplings are fresh, but I thought they were just solid. There are many parking spaces, but there are limited seating in the hotel. It is worth the ride to eat delicious beef noodle soup.

First try this place and was NOT disappointed!! Fantastic dumplings both fried and steamed, with generous portions of pork and spices; absolutely delicious!! The homemade noodles for the shrimps Chow my were heavenly!! The taste was great! Hot and with warm smiles from a wonderfully attentive staff! We will definitely try other items on their menu again....

We loved it! Here came with my brunch group and the service/food were both great! My favorite dishes were Grandmas Fried Rice, the Chung Dumplings and the Pickled Beef Noodle Soup. This location is much smaller than its Oak Park sister location, but it is cozy and feels like family. Your menu is also more traditional than the Oak Park location I love.

This was some of the best dumplings and noodles I 've had outside of NYC! Fresh ingredients, unreal flavor! An intimate spot where (I 'm assuming Katy comes out to make sure everything is to your liking. Very much a family feel. Will be sure to visit every time I 'm in town!

Delicious dumplings at light-speed!! Super fast. Impeccable service! The worker even overheard me saying I was cold with the vent above me and offered to turn the AC down. Will definitely be returning.
