It was very difficult to get past the horrible smell of the place..i 've smelled that smell before in a few restaurants, it 's probably the carpet that 's mouldy or greasy..not sure..but what ever it is..it needs attention. I ordered a tomato soup..it was very good..and I had the fish and chips.. the fish was not too bad except the fillet had a hard rubbery tissue in it that I couldn 't even cut with my knife!.. about 4 inches longer no and 1/2 inch wide..I simply ate around it...However, what led me to give a failing grade to the establishment was that the fries were under cooked!..come on gang..it 's fish and chips..! Cook the chips please..it 's a very important part of fish chips! I actu...

We stopped here on the way from the US to Montreal. Great place to stop for most any kind of lunch you want. We wanted something light. I got the luncheon special Bruschetta flat bread and salad. My hubby decided not to go so light, and got the mac cheese and salad. Both were quite good. The service was really good.

In with a small group. Service was prompt. Appetizers were hot and fresh at the end of the night even. It had been a couple of years since I had been in a Kelsey's, and will not wait so long to go again.

The beer battered fish was better than what they have at Joe's, the apps are over priced paying 12$ for a flat bread with tomatoes and pesto on it.... but over all good experience.

Like all the other big restaurant chains the food comes ready and is only heated up! There is almost nothing fresh made!
