Well. Very disappointed. Ordered take-out 10 wings which are very tiny) and one. Quesadilla, the bill was $40. Outrageous. Sarah took our order, not overly engaged in the conversation based on comments and questions she asked. But added items to the order as side...items as if they were free. Guacamole) without specifying the cost. We do worry for businesses in these times but they also have to treat and respect the consumer and their situation. I 'd rather tip, and tip larger that be ripped off. Will not return. Beware of costs if you order on phone.

we went to kelseys kingston in the rio center last night for their free wings advertised in an email special when we were there, they had a message at the door that advertising date was wrong, the special was the day before. when. I was asked that the correct date was in fine print. they refused to honour the special. she leads kelseys in the put, even if it is a mistake, they get the special. Although I said this to the manager, they would still not honor their advertising. the people are aware of the specials advertised by kelsey.

We ordered the peach cobbler and it came with sour cream instead of sweet cream. My daughter and grandaughter were almost sick after trying it. The waitress took it to get another. The manager came over and was very rude and talked to us like...we were wrong that it was sour cream with icing sugar. i was trying to tell her that perhaps they should change it or tell people it is sour cream. I will not be back. If management has a manager like that you will lose more customers

this is a beautiful, typical roadhouse style restaurant. it is located ~10 minutes from the 401 (it makes a bit laborious for road trips,) but the food was hot and tasty (broccoli suppe, quesadilla, fish sandwich and burger.) with alcohol-free drinks, for 3 adults, cost...$65 plus drinking money. service (myka c) was fast and friendly.

my man forgot the vaccination document. bailey the hostess accessed his vaccination document and placed both our documents on our handy, we had nice lunch. bailey went beyond and beyond to feel welcome and we have now document . many thanks.
