Kenny's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

It really saddens me to post this review, because I always loved Kenny's, especially the slice and pop for $10 deal. That's more expensive now, but not what bothers me. I understand that everyone is feeling the pinch right now, businesses included, so I expect to pay a bit more. What did bother me, though, was the product. This was not the pizza I used to love. With the first bite, I was tasting SUGAR! Not at all what I expect in pizza. Also, the crust was so thin that the toppings kept sliding off, so it made for a pretty gloppy mess. I had driven by this location many times but this was the 1st time that I stopped for lunch. It is a nice clean, modern restaurant. It is basically a take out style but there are lots of great tables for eating. The place was full there were lots of people taking away so something must be going right. The slices being sold were massive the price was right. Obviously pizza is the specialty but I decided I would go for the fish chips. Wrong move. The fish was actually what looked like 3 square hockey puck sized concoctions. I had never seen fish presented like that. Ordered a thin crust Hawaiian with bacon and was not disappointed. Their thin crust was just the perfect thickness.... for a regular crust. Haha. I'm not a fan of thick crust pizzas so I'm glad I got a thin crust. Very generous with toppings and cheese and cut big. Bacon was the real stuff amd cooked to crispy crumbled perfection. My kids (7 5) enjoyed it. Just the right amount of saltiness too. Hubby said he enjoyed this pizza better then his Napoli's slice! Will go here again next time I'm in Sydney.

We found this place open when most of the other places in the area were closed and we gave it a try. We were pleased that the restaurant was able to provide gluten free crust as we had a gluten sensitive person in our party. The toppings were generous and tasty and we would go back.

This was definitely the best pizza I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly, polite, and helpful. I will definitely be returning.
