Kern's Family Kitchen

Menu was interesting and we were looking forward to brealfast at first. Food was ok, cept for the weird dry, off colored biscuits still coated in a thick layer of raw white flour. All 5 of us ordered a meal that included biscuits. None of them were eaten. Cook came out to ask how our meal was tasted way better before I saw the cook... toothless, dirty hands, greasy hair, wearing overalls. I could almost hear the Banjo music. We definitely won't bother to visit again.

Debbie was amazing, She was so polite and friendly. The food was amazing. I highly recommend this establishment. Their hours for the summer are Wed thru Sun 7-2.. Go check them out. Also gotta try their chocolate cake it tastes like boston cream, it was delicious. The owner Jess even came out and greeted us. Rustic little restaurant on a lake. Everything is home cooked. Great food. Excellent service.
