Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

Went through drive thru. Was told it would be 15 minutes for my order. Pulled up and parked to wait. Three cars behind me get their food and leave. I sat there for 30 minutes. Got home. Food is greasy almost burnt and barely had any meat on the pieces of chicken.

I had the pleasure of meeting the sweetest baby name Felicia!! She delivered excellent customer service upon my arrival (it was 10 minutes to closing), she was so upbeat and so PATIENT! THANK YOU AGAIN FELICIA

The time says closed @10 and the workers told everyone in the drive thru that they’re closed but it’s only 9:20 pm!.. Worst service ever? This KFC IS GOING

Really slow service, I waited 20 minutes for a 3-piece meal. With only 2 people in front of me in line. Food was good but be prepared to wait for it.
