I have revisited this restaurant multiple times since my last review in February 2021. I typically order the snack box for a budget-friendly lunch. However, the quality of the chicken can vary from acceptable to greasy, undercooked, or overcooked. There is a lack of consistency in the food preparation. Ordering at the drive-thru is always a hassle due to poor acoustics, making it difficult to hear and leading to mistakes in orders. I'm used to lovely thick gravy that coats and sticks to my chicken (and probably my arteries too) but I visited KFC Eastbourne today and had an awful experience. Thing 1. The gravy was runny and substandard. So I challenged this, expecting to get a fresh one, nice n thick. But alas, the manager (or so she told me she was the manger) agreed it was poor quality but explained it was a new recipe. No apologies, no offer of a complimentary side to make up for it. Thing 2. I suggested she offer me a complimentary side and she would only agree if had the old half used gravy back in return!!!! Lol... I was flabbergasted! Will never go back there....

There were no beans available at this restaurant, which was strange. I requested a side of breast meat and was only given one option to choose from. I found it odd to be limited in choices as a paying customer. The staff member in Eastbourne seemed disinterested, so I decided to take my business elsewhere. This restaurant may not receive any awards for service compared to others. It could benefit from a more attentive manager instead of a group of disinterested young employees.

Greasy disuging chicken, customer service BAD,slow drive thru. Worst KFC Ive ever experienced. Also why the hell did they change the fries?? Worst fries I've ever had. Please if want a decent chicken dinner look somewhere else. Hate Hate Hate this particular KFC. Reserve uma mesa agora

the Kansas bites here are better than any other kfc I've ever been! They have put so much sauce, it's amazing. I come here very often and never had a problem with any order. fast, good food and good value for money.

The service is rubbish, all the staff care about is getting the orders ready for the stupid “delivery” of Uber or deliveroo it’s so poor they don’t actually care about the proper customers now just the lazy ones!

The chicken was okay, but the new snack wrap packaging is completely unnecessary. The price has increased and there's nothing remarkable about it.

Paid £6.99 for this. Cold fries, lack of fries, unfriendly staff. Poor. Not going to eat hear again and I recommend people not to eat here. Reserve uma mesa agora

Absolutely awful service 6 staff behind the counter all young and not a smile between them and dreadful customer service. The food was ok

We ordered 7 up with our orders. We got Tango and when asked for 7 Up, he told us that you speak to the KFC. Very disappointed
