Kfc - Reservar mesa

Ordered three meals through the Deliveroo app. We recieved the order in good time. Opened up the bags that were sealed, to find that we were missing a Fillet Burger. Contacted the store straight away to query, and they offered me the Burger for when I go to the restaurant next (I have to take the order number and receipt to the store). This was very unacceptable and we shouldn't make a 4 mile journey, at a later date, for a Fillet Burger because of their mistake.

Our bucket of chicken contained more than 50% chicken legs, which are much smaller than other pieces. Also, we got takeaway but they rang it up as eat out to help out. We clarified that it's takeaway but they insisted. It might sound silly but it bothers me that they're ripping off the chancellor. We'll all have to foot the bill for that eventually.

went to KFC to get a bargain bucket only to be told you have to order via the app ??? seriously !!! so grudgingly went home and ordered from just eat had to pay an extra £2.50 . when i finally got it the chicken was greasy and basically **** horrible. Its a waste of time taking it back as i paid for delivery. never again will i use this branch.

I went to this restaurant with a friend and was let down by the soggy chips and stale bread on my fillet burger. I'm not sure if this is a usual occurrence at this branch, as I was visiting on vacation and it was my first time there. I have been to much better KFC locations in Yorkshire. Reserve uma mesa agora

The decline in quality is disappointing. The chicken coating didn't meet the usual KFC franchise standards, as it was bland and undercooked. The fries were also soggy and unappetizing. Furthermore, none of the staff were wearing masks at the Gorleston branch on High Street.

This place needs to be shutdown it’s rotten cockroaches running wild the toilet look like they have never been cleaned and the stuff looked like they need a good wash themselves, wouldn’t be surprised if anyone have died for contamination,

After over a year of not eaten k.f.c. I went today.The staff were very polite. The food came very quick and tasted amazing. Very fresh and succulent. Keep up the good work.Very clean and hygieneic.

Popped in for an early tea ,a lovely lady called angela couldn't have done enough for us even after my daughter in law spilt ice everywhere, shes a credit to your shop thankyou angela Reserve uma mesa agora

Appalling. Rude northern girl behind the counter, sneery and belittling. No idea of customer service and no interest either. Walked out

The fries were soggy, very brown, and just plain awful. The chicken, which should be their specialty, was tough.
