Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

This kfc location is the worst I have ever been to. I visited on Friday 09-30-22 to grab a bite to eat. I ordered two famous bowls, but the employee only charged me for one. He also asked me in a disrespectful manner if I wanted to add anything else to my order. When my order was ready, I realized there were no straws for my drinks, no sauce for my famous bowl, my mom's meal was missing, and there was a shortage of mashed potatoes with gravy. I went inside to address the issue with a male employee, who charged me $8 for another famous bowl. Order drive thru. Told to pull forward and wait. There is no parking goes onto road!! Waited 15 minutes. No sauce in bag. Treated like garbage having to go in and ask for sauce. Start driving. Reach for frie. No fries in bag. Drive back. Went inAGAIN. I was told I didn't order fries! Go back out to get receipt. Handed it to rude employee female. She looks at receipt likeI have fake receipt. In the meantime of rude lady learning how to read. Window rude girl said I didn't order fries! At thispoint I am done. The box with 8 chicken strips felt light weight. I demanded my money back. She doesn't know how to credit. SaysI gave you fries. Gave me? I paid for their rip off meal deal. Cost of fries...

(They didnt get my order right. And charged me for something a little more expensive. I'm very disappointed. And they gave me chicken that had almost nothing on it, I get it's a wing but it shouldn't count as one)..... I'm changing my review I am so impressed with this kfc today July 14 the manager I believe named andre called me and wanted to make my experience better and offered to remake everything and tossed in a cake. I was surprised to get a call from them but they went above and beyond today

Terrible service! The fries were extremely dry and stale. The chicken tasted old and had a strange smell. The employees seemed angry and kept staring at us. Overall, a very negative atmosphere and a disappointing experience.

The restaurant charges too much for the quality of the food provided, and my meal was cold when I received it from the drive-thru.
