Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

This restaurant is average at best. The drive-thru worker made me wait while they finished their cigarette break, and the food tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. Additionally, it was overpriced. This is my feedback and my honest feelings. Thank you for providing a platform for sharing experiences with others.

The customer service at this restaurant was extremely poor. The line was very long, so I decided to wait. There were about 5 people ahead of me in line, and it took about 15 to 20 minutes to place my order. Then, it took another 10 minutes to receive my order.

The KFC located near the hospital in Champaign provided me with the best fast food experience I've had in years! The food was perfect and exactly as shown in the pictures. The service was fast and extremely friendly, and the restaurant was very clean.

Rae Rae was very nice and extremely helpful. I would give a two-star rating because the food was not great, but I am adding an extra star because of her friendly service.

The staff at this restaurant are always polite and the service is super fast. The quality of the food is excellent and the atmosphere is beautiful.
