Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

The sandwich had tender filet with brown and yellow lettuce and mayo spread on half of the bun. The filet was warm but rubbery, and the sandwich had a sour taste. The fries were small, misshaped, and greasy, and as usual, they were cold. The soda was cold and the best part of the meal. It's unclear why KFC is hit or miss - perhaps too many menu items, poor workers, or failure to follow procedures. It's embarrassing and shameful to serve such low-quality food. Maybe feeling embarrassed will prompt KFC to improve their food quality and service. There could be serious consequences from eating such subpar food. Perhaps if there is an accidental death, KFC will finally take notice and make necess...

I ordered food online for pickup and my husband picked it up and brought it home. When I was about to throw away my cup, I noticed a shift and found a dirty fountain drink spout at the bottom. The cup was covered in thick black gunk. I returned to KFC and the staff didn't seem to care, offering me a new cup which I declined due to being disgusted. I left emails for the KFC company but received no response. Now I am leaving reviews to warn others. I have been feeling sick and have had a severe headache since.

I am writing the review as I stand in line for over 30 minutes. They are under staffed and very slow. They spent more time getting take out orders on the phone than people in the store. This location use to be so good. I won't be coming here again.

Ordered KFC on Lakeshore will never get food there ever again chicken wasn't much bigger than a chicken nugget and of course never any white meat. So disappointed that they get away with that and surprise there still open and have the name KFC

Staff are disorganised and have a lot of trouble understanding the order but once you receive your order its good.
