If you don't want to put in the effort, then just don't bother working. I don't understand why anyone would work at a place that offers such poor customer service. The food was just average, and honestly, it was not impressive at all. This was my experience at the KFC in Irvine.

We had to drive all the way back to exchange our biscuits because they were undercooked. We weren't being impatient at the drive-thru, so they could have taken a bit more time to ensure everything was prepared properly.
