At around 9:15pm this evening, I had a sudden craving for KFC. Since it was getting late, I called them in advance to make sure they were still open and that they still had chicken available I spoke with Vincent the evening shift manager. He advised me that they were still open and that they still had a sufficient quantity of chicken. I told Vincent, I would be there within 15 minutes. When I got there Vincent let me in the lobby door so I wouldn 't have to go through the drive thru. He was exceptionally polite and courteous a very professional, well mannered young man.
