The staff is good enough, but it would be helpful if the person who takes orders spoke English. I know the area has a large Spanish population, but maybe someone would be bilingual better. The food was lousy, the Taco bell was sloppy and the Chalupa bowls were stabbed. The chicken was dry and seemed like it used to be hours. The restaurant itself was dirty. Soda station was a mess. There was garbage on the floor and a puddle of water from behind the counter. I've eaten here and it was always a little sketched, but this time was out of control. I'll never go back... I praised never coming back, but I did. It was so much better. The place was still a mess, but the food was good.
The KFC in Methuen is, by far, the BEST operation of any KFC In have ever been to. My order is ALWAYS correct, my food is ALWAYS hot and fresh and the employees, from Sophia the manager to Fabiola at the window are ALWAYS professional and friendly! Bigsmiles and thank yous every time!!! All other franchise owners should really stop by and observe how this business SHOULD berun!!!!!
My wife went through drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with fries, a chalupa combo meal 2 chicken littles. She got some chicken meal with mashed potatoes with gravy, 2 mini sandwiches that had what tasted felt like 3-day old chicken(inedible) the chalupas were practically empty. When she got home she attempted calling 4 times with no answer..
This place was really good food was excellent I had a famous bowl with popcorn chicken potatoes and Gravy with corn and for a drink I had a mountain drink I was really satisfied with the meal the food was delicious and the staff were really freendly and polite this facility was very professional I will recommend again You stop from this situation
