KFC - Reservar uma mesa

I went to KFC Bayswater for lunch and used the drive-through due to the pandemic. Normally, I would order at the counter. When I tried to pay for my order with cash, I was initially told they weren't accepting cash. After a few attempts, they finally accepted my cash when I agreed to give them the exact amount for the order since I didn't have a card on me. To the management at KFC Bayswater, just a reminder that cash is legal tender in Australia, pandemic or no pandemic. If a customer wants to pay with cash, please don't argue about it and make things difficult for them.

The staff at this restaurant frequently make mistakes with orders, particularly when the order is large. When mistakes are made, they simply apologize without understanding that many families order meals to save time, only to be inconvenienced by having to return to the restaurant to correct the order. Instead of going back, many customers opt to just finish the meal despite the errors, as it is too exhausting to deal with the hassle of returning. As a result, we now prefer to avoid this restaurant altogether.

Ate many time here when on the way home and cannot be fagged cooking. It is clean the maze car park if you have not been before is tricky but you learn quick. Staff are always outside smoking and the power was off once they did not seem to care. The place is clean and youngsters serve you. After all its fast chicken

Reasonably quick service as long as it is not too busy for a fast food outlet. Parking is a little limited but on balance it is a good takeaway venue.

I visited the restaurant for takeout on 21/01/2019 at around 5PM. The staff were very pleasant and provided service with a smile. Well done!
