KFC - Reservar uma mesa

I decided to take advantage of Menulog's special offer of $1 delivery and ordered a large serving of chips and chocolate mousse as a snack. The restaurant was only 2 km away, so I expected it to arrive within 20 minutes. However, after waiting for 40 minutes and seeing the Menulog app stuck on pending, I realized they hadn't even assigned a driver yet. The order eventually arrived after 10 minutes, but it was the slowest I've ever experienced from KFC. I was disappointed and would advise others to avoid ordering from them as it seems they don't care about their customers.

I came here with a friend and her daughter, there was probably about 3 people inside, it still took about 5 minutes to take our order, when our order was taken, the staff started going behind the food counter and wear chicken buckets on there...heads and start taking photos while there was hungry customers waiting for there food, it took about 8 minutes to finally get my food, where the fries were cold and service was atrocious, it was my first time here and definitely will be my last. This was on the 22nd of December 2018 at 7:15pm

I had a craving for KFC but couldn't make it to the restaurant, so I decided to order through Menulog. I was disappointed by the $9 delivery fee, and the delivery took longer than expected, with the tracker showing that the delivery person had to wait for a while at the counter. The food had a similar quality to other KFC restaurants, with the chips and skin meeting expectations, but the chicken meat was tough and not enjoyable. I would recommend going only if there are no other options available.

This special KFC is absolutely terrible. Looks like the whole place is operated by children who don't care about the quality of food at all. I ordered an original box menu with a BBQ bacon cheeseburger. Somehow, the only thing I could eat was the pommes that underboiled the chicken, the bacon on the burger like cardboard. Avoid this KFC!

It's a KFC, but the least you should expect is that the staff contains all ordered items. I have noticed on numerous occasions that things have been omitted from my order, such as Koleslaw, Potato and Gravy etc.
