Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

Everytime I come to the New Boston Rd. location, I try to order extra crispy chicken. They tell me it will be 30 minutes. Today, I ordered online and arrived 25 minutes later. They told me they didn't have the order yet and it would be 30 minutes. They didn't even have any customers here. I am mad and hungry. The don't prepare extra crispy ahead of time. Am I the onlyone that likes extra crispy??

We were told they had no chicken. Had to get strips. They gave me crispy instead of original, and for the 100th time, they had no Dr. Pepper. Service seemed to be bothered that we were in the drive-through. They told us five minutes for the hot strips,and it was almost 15 minutes. These guys really need some cs refreshers!

Food was very good. In the dining room some of the tables need some sticker remover spray. You can see the tape from where they had social distancing signs. And one of the booths has a giant sign and can't barely see the street. Needs to order morebutter was out.

Went to KFC on New Boston and I just love there drive thru person she is so nice and friendly. I got the three wings combo the chicken was not good at all usually the food is good. I'm not sure what happened but KFC you dropped the ball on this order.

Chicken sandwiches were good. Spicy chicken sandwich was even better. My 8-year-old loved the chicken tenders. Enjoyed the fries and the biscuits. Service was fast after I ordered in person but the app was horrible.
