KFC Chirnside Park Shopping Centre

In a hurry for a quick snack, hadn’t eaten kfc for many years so why not. Wish I hadn’t bothered. Firstly the young guy serving was more interested in a gossip session with a friend who might I add was not spending any money to pay his wage. Got my order of a small dinner box. The chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it. Three pieces of chicken thrown in the bin. Can’t even start on the gravy and mashed potato, in the bin. The can of Pepsi wasn’t even cold. I can’t put into words the bread roll. Upside the chips where good, love the seasoning and they where hot. You need to teach your staff good customer service and tell them I’m paying their wage not the mate standing on my side of the counter

After shopping we decided on an early dinner out. In the food hall we chose KFC as we hadn't eaten KFC for a few years... Studying the menu we couldn't find what KFC used to have such as chicken pieces with chips in a box or a bucket. Whilst there are many more choices on the menu, which sounded nice we did make a choice of chicken fillets chips but they all came as a meal which we didn't want the single item was expensive! Our small snacks cost $20 and was limp luke warm. The last time KFC!!!!!!...:

I visited this restaurant for lunch on Tuesday, January 4th, 2022. I ordered the Ultimate Box, which included a Regular Chicken Fillet Burger Combo, large fries, and a piece of chicken. Unfortunately, I became ill after eating the burger. The manager followed up with me on Thursday, January 6th, 2022 and offered me a $15 credit note as an apology for the inconvenience.

Due to our recent move, we have been relying on takeout for meals. Our friends who were helping us out brought back KFC for lunch. I ordered the chicken tenders, which were decent, but personally, KFC wouldn't have been my first choice.

I visited the restaurant on Tuesday afternoon for lunch and ordered a delicious Chicken Fillet Burger with a side of Large Chips (equivalent to 2 small), which cost me $8.95. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
