Kfc Hérouville-saint-clair

We arrived at 3pm, there was almost nobody and yet an extremely long service. the person in charge of the preparation was waiting for the products while the rays were already full. During that time, the line was spreading. Then the time to eat, people settled next to each other. We left, they haven't always been served. wait more than 30 minutes before it is good in this restaurant, however.

tower raclette has barely lukewarm and almost raw raclette cheese, I ask to warm the burger and I am told that it is not possible. I insist that the obligation of delivery is not respected, they redesign another tower raclette but the cheese is always raw. note that I took the same burger at kfc mondeville and the cheese was well melted.
