I am so disappointed by the way personal take the order by drive thru, not even considering that they talk to someone and even confirm twice, we have not received the order what was asked. paid 13.55 for zinger box and asked to replace engraving with chips. but only one chip and gravy. I look like they didn't really pack food, but in the box, that's not the first time. it is not always convenient to go back and tell them. I suggest that some of the employees have to work on their attitude. they don't give a burger, we pay people. I'm sorry we got in her. will not come back.

DON'T GO HERE!!! This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. Have been here several times and they can never it right! Ordered The One Box' as an online order via the app and they just put in 3 pieces of chicken that were cold instead of what was supposed to be in the box. Didn't get a dinner roll, original tender or supercharged dip, and to make things worse they didn't upside my meal like I had ordered. Plus my drink was meant to be a Large Pepsi Max and I got a small solo. Finally, to top it all off their customer service is seriously terrible!

Drive thru service sucks. Most of the time they’ll ask for your order twice and they still get your order wrong. Chips are always soggy and batter on chicken can often not be completely cooked. Considering they use timers for consistency when cooking their food this may suggest that employees don’t clean their fryers often if at all. Probably a borderline health risk.

Highly incompetent staff. They got my order wrong multiple times and whilst I thought this was simply just an odd occasion, another customer in front of me also experienced the same issue. They also treated this mistake unprofessionally, laughing to themselves as it was a routinely thing

Worst kfc in Melbourne, chicken over cooked and very small pieces, chips undercooked and soggy. Get your act together, Springvale and dandenong resturants is around the corner and you'll lose customers if it continues
