Like most people who have left reviews for this place, I came here because I was staying at Sandos Monaco and when I checked in, they gave me a voucher entitling me to a free meal at their sister site (Sandos Suites) which has an Indian restaurant called Khas Mahal. After i 'd booked which day to eat at the restaurant, on the day of, I decided to check out reviews on TripAdvisor. Perhaps that was a mistake, I read all the complaints and for the most part they are all valid. We were staying at the sister hotel and were given our free meal at the above restaurant, we were a partly of 4 and book with another party of 4 that we had made friends with at our hotel,after reading the below reviews we weren't expecting much but we were all very surprised, every single dish that was served to us was delicious and full of flavour from the amazing bombay potatoes to the delicious curry's!I had the korma my partner had the madras and she was raving about it.the service was amazing,probably the best I have had,our waiter would randomly bring us sample dished so we could get a taste of everything and nothing disappointed!if only the food at the sister Santos hotel we were sta...
Es la tercera vez que vamos y seguramente repetiremos. Recepción, camareros de salon y barra, cocineros de los snacks en la piscina, personal de limpieza, mantenimiento... Todos son muy amables y buenos en su trabajo. El personal de animación expectacular Ahinoa y su equipo tienen el cielo ganado por su paciencia y por lo bien que hacen que se lo pasen los niños y los mayores. Respecto a la comida bastante variedad y sin filas. Siempre tienes sitio para aparcar, o en la puerta o en la calle que está justo al lado.
Hotel que tiene apartamentos y habitaciones de hotel. Me hospedé en un apartamento. Todo muy limpio. Aunque le hacen falta algunas cosas: Falta de utensilios de cocina, la nevera no enfría casi, sofá cama que tienen que cambiar ya, el colchón del sofá… está hundido. Aún así el hotel está bastante bien. Buffet completo y rico, aunque los postres necesitan mejorar de urgencia.. son malísimos.
